Two men accused of committing a Carlisle robbery have each protested their innocence.
A jury at the city's crown court has heard how two masked intruders burst into an occupied home late at night on January 13.
They are said to have threatened householder Frank Richey with a knife and Taser before stealing belongings.
Carl Stephen Pattie, 28 and 34-year-old Mark Anthony William Perrett are on trial having pleaded not guilty to a robbery charge.
When interviewed by police, Pattie, of Botcherby Avenue, was asked if he was one of the robbers. "No," he replied.
Perrett has also maintained his innocence.

On day three of the trial today, he was cross-examined in court by prosecutor Craig MacGregor, who suggested: "You held a knife to Mr Richey's throat. You held a Taser to his side, didn't you?"
"I didn't," replied Perrett, of Borland Avenue, Carlisle.
The trial continues.
