Sun Inn emerged as victors after a seven-goal thriller against Waverley in Workington Sunday League's Premier Division.
Mike Prescott's brace and goals from Richard Hudson and Sean Law gave the visitors a 4-3 victory, with Bradley Newell scoring twice and Antony Zajac also netting for the home side.
In Division One, another high-scoring game saw Callum Casson and Steven Stoddart both grab braces for Dearham, with another goal from James Langstaff giving them a 5-4 win over Workington Reds Juniors. Macauley Sharp would have been disappointed his hat-trick counted for nothing, while Aston Reynolds also scored for Reds.
Kris Nichol's hat-trick did count for something as he helped Silloth Albion to a 7-1 rout at Sun Inn Athletic, with Paul Glencross scoring twice and Ewan Trestianu and Nathan Gray also on the scoresheet. Neil Mowbray grabbed a consolation goal for Athletic.
And Maryport Labour Club earned a routine 3-0 win over rivals Maryport United thanks to David Miller, Mark Brown and Chris Batty.
Northside's game against Pack Horse was off, as was the President Cup tie between Grasslot and Red House FC.
