A FORWARD has returned to Whitehaven Rugby League after recovering from injury and time away from the professional game.
Rio McQuistan, who stepped back from the sport in March, rejoins the club and is available for selection this weekend.
McQuistan, who struggled with a chronic injury, maintained match fitness while playing for Millom in the Cumbrian NCRL Conference.
He has made 21 appearances for Whitehaven so far, scoring one try.
