Two former Carlisle United players have been released by the Blues' National League rivals Hartlepool United.
Tom Parkes and Adam Campbell are among the players leaving the Monkey Hangers at the end of their contracts.
Their departures were confirmed by Pools at the end of the 2025/26 campaign.
The north east club have released 13 players after their ninth-placed finish in the fifth tier.
Defender Parkes, 34, had been with Hartlepool since January 2024, since when he has made 91 appearances.
He was also club captain at Victoria Park. "A true leader both on and off the pitch," said Hartlepool in a statement. "Wishing you all the very best, Parkesy."
Forward Campbell, meanwhile, is moving on after two years and 70 appearances for the club.
Parkes was on Carlisle's books from 2017 to 2019, making 89 appearances for the Blues. The centre-back has also played for Leicester City, Burton Albion, Yeovil Town, Bristol Rovers, Leyton Orient, Exeter City and Livingston.
Campbell had two loan spells at Brunton Park, in the 2013/14 season and 2018/19, making 18 appearances. The 31-year-old's other clubs include Newcastle United, St Mirren, Fleetwood Town, Gateshead, Notts County, Morecambe, Darlington and Crawley Town.
Also released by Hartlepool are Joe Aungiers, Matty Daly, Nathan Ferguson, Sam Folarin, Nick Hayes, Gavan Holohan, Danny Johnson, Vadaine Oliver, Alex Reid, Louis Stephenson and Brad Walker.
Pools said their retained and released list "follows a review of the club’s football operations in recent months, delivered by Bromby & Partners, establishing a clear structure and direction for the football department."
It has left just seven professional players under contract at the club, with a further three in contract talks.
Pools are currently managerless, after deciding to end Nicky Featherstone's tenure as first-team boss.
