Carlisle United fans are being invited to help promote the club’s history in a new memorabilia exhibition.
Tullie House museum in the city are designing a new gallery, due to open in 2024, celebrating what makes Carlisle special and unique.
It will include an opportunity to display items to showcase the football club.
Supporters with a passion for the Blues’ heritage are now being invited to a focus group meeting at the club next week to help decide which items should be displayed.
United’s supporter liaison officer Simon Clarkson is appealing for fans interested to contact him and share their ideas.
He said: “We have developed an extensive archive of memorabilia thanks to donations from fans.
“It is fantastic that Carlisle United is viewed as being an integral part of the city and is to be included in the new exhibition.
“By involving a group of fans to help decide which items should be used, it will hopefully allow us to have a display that we are all proud of.”
The focus group will be held at 12pm on Monday, August 14 in the Glass Bar at Brunton Park.
