The business was established at a time the Piataks were actively exploring their interest in Carlisle United.

It came just over a week after the family were in the city to meet club officials as well as attend United's pre-season friendly at Annan Athletic.

That came a month and a half after they attended Carlisle's play-off games against Bradford City at Brunton Park and Stockport County at Wembley.

The News & Star today revealed the Piataks' interest in the Blues, with the logistics businessman understood to have met Carlisle directors and supporters' trust representatives in recent weeks and months.

The club is yet to comment while Tom Piatak has not yet responded to the News & Star's invitation to comment.
