Carlisle United's second game of the season saw their two latest signings in action.
Jack Stretton and Jayden Harris both came off the bench in the second half of the 1-1 draw at Colchester.
Derby County loan striker Stretton replaced goalscorer Kristian Dennis after 69 minutes, while former Aldershot Town midfielder Harris came on for Owen Moxon in the 88th minute.
