Cumbrian swimming star Luke Greenbank came home with two medals from the World Aquatics Championships.

The Cockermouth ace added relay bronze to his backstroke silver in Budapest.

Greenbank teamed up with James Wilby, James Guy and Tom Dean as Great Britain claimed bronze in the Men’s 4x100m Medley Relay.

That followed his silver in the individual 200m backstroke earlier in the championships.

Greenbank and his team-mates held off the challenge of Australia and France for third place.

The Cumbrian delivered a strong opening leg before Wilby, Guy and Dean saw GB to bronze and a podium place behind Italy and USA.

Greenbank, speaking on britishswimming.org, said: “I'm used to swimming in this relay now.

"It's me going out there and doing the best I can do for the team, that's the mindset you've got to have - it's not about being a 200m swimmer or whatever, it's about going in there and really putting your all in."
