Keith Millen has been named League Two's manager of the week after his first league win as Carlisle United boss.
And defender Rod McDonald's display in the 1-0 victory over Walsall has also earned him a place in the division's team of the week.
Millen's side achieved their first league win in 13 attempts at Brunton Park on Saturday, United escaping the relegation zone in the process.
It was his first league victory at the fifth attempt since his arrival as Chris Beech's replacement.

McDonald, meanwhile, played an influential part in United's much-needed victory.
He helped the Cumbrians keep a clean sheet, before claiming an assist for Tristan Abrahams' dramatic 88th-minute winner.
He was also named man of the match.
The weekly select XI also includes a former United man - Bradford's Alex Gilliead.
