Peter Murphy's Annan Athletic will take on Clyde for a place in Scottish League One next season after the Galabankies got the better of Stenhousemuir.
Leading 2-0 after Tuesday's first leg, the Black and Golds were again victorious in the second leg, winning 2-1.
Kyle Bradley broke the deadlock at Ochilview Park, before David Marsh equalised.
But former Carlisle United centre-back Steven Swinglehurst then netted the decisive third goal of the second leg as Athletic won 4-1 on aggregate.
Annan host Clyde on Tuesday night in the first leg, before next Saturday's second leg which will decide who will be promoted to Scottish football's third tier.
