Whitehaven Rugby League Club have agreed a two-year apparel partnership deal with global sportswear brand BLK.

The new partnership with the Betfred League One side will see BLK supply a full apparel range, using the latest in fabric technology, to all teams and coaches.

Andrew Canavan, one of the new directors at Whitehaven, said: "The club is delighted to have agreed the new apparel partnership with BLK.

"This is an internationally renowned brand and the quality reflects that, as we are well aware from their time working with other rugby league teams.

"This partnership is another step towards building a sustainable future for the club and that such a quality company, as BLK, wanted to work with Whitehaven RLFC shows that the work being performed by the board of directors is already bearing fruit.

"The shirt designs should be out very soon and the range of other various items of apparel for the club are brilliant."

Haven chairman Tommy Todd added: "I would just like to underline what Andrew has said and welcome BLK into what we expect to be a successful partnership.

"I should also pay a big thank you to our directors Mark Stamper, Gary Eilbeck and Jason Ball who spent a lot of time ensuring this deal was possible."

Details of the 2019 away shirt are due to be released tomorrow with pre-ordering available from this date.
