Police are continuing to investigate a serious sexual assault in Carlisle.
It happened on St Ninian's Road, Upperby, in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Detectives are urging anyone who was in the area on Wednesday night or early the next morning - including football fans who were out after England's World Cup semi-final - to get in touch.
Throughout Thursday, a team of police officers worked in the area, carryied out a detailed search for evidence.
One man was arrested and released under investigation.
Detective Inspector Dave Cooper said: “This assault occurred in the early hours after the England v Croatia world cup game. We believe many people would have been out socialising together in the Upperby and Harraby area.
“If you were in the Upperby or Harraby area, in particular on St Ninians Road between midnight and 2am on Thursday July 12, we urge you to come forward and assist us with our enquiries.“
