Story Homes will launch its Scenik Collection at Heights at Edgehill Park in Whitehaven on September 25.
The development will introduce 58 new homes, ranging from one to four bedrooms, and marks the first Story Homes site where every property will include an air-source heat pump.
Story claims the new collection puts 'contemporary design, clever use of space and energy efficiency at the heart of a new take on terrace living'.
Offering one- to four-bedroom homes, the Scenik Collection combines distinctive architectural detailing with flexible layouts, private outdoor space and features designed for how people live now.
Each home will also be equipped with solar panels and an electric vehicle charging point.
The first properties will be released for sale on September 25, with a dedicated Scenik Collection show home planned for Autumn 2027.
