A COURIER from Carlisle has built, designed and funded his own clothing brand, while working nine-hour shifts daily.
Andrei-Alexandru Deliu is a delivery driver, currently working nine-hour shifts daily. Outside of work, he has been building his own streetwear and luxury fashion brand from scratch, funding and designing everything himself.
The brand, named Novuré, is built around the idea of “Confidence in Motion” – representing progress, ambition and self-belief.

Andrei-Alexandru said: "I started developing the brand while working n-hour delivery shifts, using my evenings to design pieces, build the website and fund the business independently.
"The vision behind Novuré is to combine luxury-inspired aesthetics with modern streetwear, creating premium pieces that reflect ambition and forward movement.
"The brand was created from the mindset that you don’t have to stay where you start – you can build something bigger alongside your everyday responsibilities."

The brand launched this year, 2026, and has already built an array of clothing that can be bought.
Andrei-Alexandru said: "Everything so far has been self-funded, from product development to branding and photography.
"My goal is to grow Novuré beyond Carlisle while also showing others locally that it’s possible to pursue something greater, even while working full-time."
