Cumbria Police are investigating an incident of alleged assault after a video circulated on social media this morning (May, 30).
The video was taken from Carlisle's Denton Holme area.
The suspect has already been identified and is currently being processed.
A spokesperson from Cumbria Police's Neighbourhood Policing Team said: "An investigation has been launched into the incident and is being dealt with expeditiously by your local Neighbourhood Policing Team.
"The suspect has already been identified and is currently being processed –
"Violence will not be tolerated in our local communities," they said.
