A man who was banned from driving earlier this month is due to appear in court this morning (27 May) charged with further offences.
Gary Robinson, 36, of Lonsdale View, Dearham, was arrested after police stopped him driving a Peugeot 308 in Cockermouth on Sunday morning (26 May).
He has subsequently been charged with driving whilst disqualified, failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis and using a motor vehicle without insurance.
He is due to appear at Carlisle Magistrates' Court this morning.
