A drink driver, nearly three times over the limit, has been arrested.
Cumbria police said its Roads Policing Unit (RPU) officers arrested the driver on the A66 in Penrith.
The driver provided a reading of 99, nearly three times over the limit which is 35.
A spokesperson from Cumbria police said: "Thank you to the member of the public who called 999 with concerns regarding his driving."
The RPU is a relatively new unit of Cumbria police, which is dedicated to crime which happens on the road.
