LLOYD Kia Carlisle have been named European Kia Dealer of the Year 2024.
The dealership on Carlisle's Grearshill Road was named Europe's best Kia dealer as part of the annual Kia evaluation programme which focuses on metrics such as standards, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Roy Holliday, head of business at Lloyd Kia Carlisle piled the praise on the dealership's hard work which contributed towards claiming the accolade.
He said: "I am really proud of the team on this amazing achievement, especially whilst working offsite during the refurbishment.
"This award is a reflection of a real team effort and one that everyone should be proud to have contributed to."
Sam Lloyd, Lloyd Motor Group’s managing director also commented on the award win and expressed his delight.
He said: We’re delighted to have been recognised by Kia as European Kia Dealer of the Year.
"Achieving this award is a testament to the hard work of our teams, and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank each of them for their dedication to our business and our customers."
