Homebuyers are being encouraged to register their interest in the final remaining homes on a new housing development in Penrith.
Only the final few properties remain on the Woodberry Heights and Carleton Meadows development located a five-minute drive from the town centre.
The adjoining developments, which have been built by housebuilder Persimmon, boast easy access to the Lake District, the A66 and M6.
One couple who moved into their new home on the Woodberry Heights development is Anthony and Nicola Jones.
They said: “Our search was all about finding the perfect place to enjoy our hobbies. We have always holidayed in the Lakes, and with all the great local shops, cafes and restaurants, it seemed the perfect place to relocate."
