CUMBRIA Fire and Rescue Service has launched a series of safety sessions for motorbike users.
The initiative, dubbed 'Cumbria Ride Safe', is partnered with the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), Cumbria Police and BEEP Doctors Cumbria.
Sessions will be held at Penrith Fire Station where attendees will learn advanced riding techniques, first aid skills and scene safety at a collision.
Each participant will also undergo a riding assessment by a RoSPA delegate, who will suggest improvements for safer riding.
The dates for the event are:
Sunday, April 28 – Penrith Fire Station
Sunday, May 19 – Penrith Fire Station
