HERE are our Pets of the Week, courtesy of Oak Tree Animals' Charity.

Skye is a Domestic Long Hair who is looking for a new home. She's approximately 5 years old, loves to explore, and therefore would like a home with outdoor access in an area without busy roads. She would like to be the only pet in the house so she can enjoy being the star of the show!

When Skye isn't out exploring the world, this friendly girl likes to spend her time sitting on your lap or playing with her toys (her favourite is the stick toy) and is partial to a bit of cat nip, especially if it's fresh.

Meet Alfie, he's 9-year-old terrier cross chihuahua. Such a very sweet boy who loves being around people.

He loves cuddles on the sofa and relaxing in the sun, so a home with a garden where he can sunbathe would be nice.

Alfie is used to having someone at home, so can struggle when being left. As such, he would need a home where the owners can build up alone time.

If you want to find out more information about Skye and Alfie please call 01228 560082 and speak to a member of our Small Animal Team or email: between 10am and 4pm.
