THE B5300 Dubmill Point between Allonby and Silloth is currently closed.
A spokesperson said: "The high tide has covered the road and brought with it debris which our teams need to clear in the morning (as another high tide is expected with strong winds).
"Please follow diversion routes. We will post an update when the road is open again."
