A Cumbrian castle is set to host a James Bond themed casino night later this month.

The Rose Castle, located in Dalston, will host a night of glitz and glamour on April 20.

Guests will be treated to a complimentary glass of fizz before a five-course meal, including wood pigeon, Cumbrian beef fillet and a luxurious chocolate fondant.

The casino games, which are played for fun rather than for money, will then begin, while local musician, Gill Wadeson, plays captivating 007 Bond-themed songs and more.

Tickets cost £75 per person, which includes a five-course dinner, a glass of fizz, and casino vouchers.

Two guests can also stay overnight in a luxury room, with breakfast provided, for a price of £420.
