Cumbria Police are investigating a group assault at Penrith's Methodist Church.
The incident is reported to have taken place on March 26, at the Methodist Church, Wordsworth Street, Penrith, at around 10.35am.
No significant injuries occurred but witnesses are being sought.
A spokesperson from Cumbria Police said: "Police are appealing for any witnesses that may have seen or heard what happened to come forward to assist with the investigation.
"Anyone with any information can report online via www.cumbria.police.uk/report-it quoting log number 73 of 26 March 2024.
"You can also call on 101.
"Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111," they said.
