CUMBRIA Police are investigating a public order offence and threatening behaviour by a man after he approached the victim and was threatening towards him.
The incident happened in the area know as the Hay in Cockermouth. The name "The Hay" is used when referring to the area west of the Watch Hill summit.
During the incident it is reported a man described as white, in his 40's, stocky build, long hair and a beard approached the victim and was threatening towards him.
This occurred on 31 March between 4:50pm and 4:55pm.
