A reported hit-and-run crash on the A66 is being investigated by police.
On March 7 at around 7.10am, a blue BMW reportedly collided with a white Renault Clio, causing the car to overturn in a ditch near Kirkby Thore.
It is reported the blue BMW failed to stop.
The driver of the overturned vehicle was unharmed.
A spokesperson from Cumbria Police said: "Anyone who witnessed the collision or has any information on the incident is asked to contact police.
"Officers would also like to hear from anyone with dash cam footage which may assist the investigation.
"Anyone with information relating to this incident is asked to report online at www.cumbria.police.uk/report-it, quoting incident number 20 of 7 March 2024.
"Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111," they said.
