A CUMBERLAND business has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Brysons, a bakery in Cockermouth, at 70 Main Street, was given the score after assessment on January 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Cumberland's 535 restaurants, cafes, and canteens with ratings, 465 (87 per cent) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
