POLICE have dealt with an incident where a football was kicked at a car windscreen.
The ball has caused damage to the vehicle and is now in the possession of the police.
Officers have warned of the dangers that actions like this can cause.
A Cumbria Police spokesperson said: "We've had several incidents of youth-related anti-social behaviour reported to us this evening.
"In one incident at Cleator Moor, this football was kicked into the road and cracked someone's windscreen, a very dangerous act but thankfully no one was hurt.
"If this is your ball, you can collect it from Whitehaven Police Station by Monday, February 19, we'll have a little chat about criminal damage."
