ENTREPRENEUR Amy Wright has secured a diary of music for 2024 at The New Crown Pub, Bowthorn Road.
Amy is the founder and manager of AW Promotions and Events.
The return of live music events at the pub kicks off on Saturday, March 16 when 'pock-sized powerhouse' Kim Jennett and her guitarist will be performing.
Kim is a professional vocalist with over 15 years in the music industry, specialising in rock, metal, and blues.
She is a touring musician and has performed at the Download Festival and has appeared on ITV's The Voice.
Amy explained how the collaboration has progressed from 2023 and says the gig is 'not to be missed.'
She said: "The gigs in 2023 at the pub were amazing and brought in some new audiences which was great to see and all the positive feedback from bands and artists to the customers and also the owners of the pub. It certainly makes all the work worthwhile."
The gigs taking place at the pub this year will be on Saturday nights instead of Friday nights and the aim is to keep most of them as free entry.
