The Met Office has extended its yellow weather warning for ice in parts of Cumbria.
The weather warning has been extended until 10am on Friday, January 19, as icy patches are expected to cause some travel disruption.
The Met Office warns of icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths, as well as potential injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces.
It includes Keswick and Ambleside, with Cockermouth, Penrith and Whitehaven just outside.
The Met Office website writes: "A few wintry showers have developed across northwest England which could generate patchy ice, so the warning has been extended further north to cater for these."
