Update 9am: The accident has been cleared and traffic has returned to normal.
THERE are reports of a crash on the A595 at Papcastle, near Cockermouth.
Traffic is being impacted both ways at the Belle Vue Roundabout. Heavy traffic should be expected and drivers should plan ahead for travelling.
The incident was first reported at 7.58am (January, 4).
