PLANS for a single-storey rear extension at a property in Seascale have been lodged with Cumberland Council.
Mr and Mrs Cobb, of The Fairways, are hoping to convert a conservatory to form a permanent room.
It is proposed that the walls be constructed using facing brick and rendered block and to build the roof using concrete tiles and a single-ply membrane flat roof.
In addition, the proposed extension would have windows and doors made out of uPvc.
The matter is currently being considered by officers from the council's planning department.
