Exclusive new homes at Fairfields in rural Hayton, Cumbria, feature innovative rainwater systems by Brett Martin.
The nine residences, close to Carlisle, were constructed by Anvil Homes.
Each displays traditional stone elevations, slate roofs and sash windows.
The housebuilder opted for Brett Martin's Cascade cast iron effect rainwater system, which combines modern plastic materials' functionality with traditional aesthetics.
Andrew Carr, Director at Anvil Homes said: “We have specified Brett Martin’s Cascade on a number of our developments as the system offers the closest match to cast iron in terms of aesthetics and performance. It is also lightweight and easy to install which is crucial to ensuring our projects remain on track.”
Completed houses now sport maintenance-free, UV stabilised Cascade systems, backed by a 10-year guarantee.
