Workington Reds returned to winning ways with an impressive three-goal haul at Basford United.
Danny Grainger's side claimed a first win in six league games on their trip to Nottinghamshire.
Steven Rigg headed the west Cumbrians in front in the first half.
And a brace by his fellow former Carlisle United man David Symington clinched the points.
The victory saw Grainger hand a debut to former Manchester City defensive prospect Camron Gbadebo, who joined from Marske United this week.
He played the full game as Reds secured the win that puts them 15th in the Northern Premier League Premier Division.
Next up for Workington is a trip to Whitby Town next weekend.
In Northern League Division One, meanwhile, there was defeat on the road for Carlisle City.
They went down 5-2 at high-flying Bishop Auckland.
Jim Nichols' side led twice in the first half thanks to goals from Jordan Holt and Rob McCartney.
But Bishops strikes by Andrew May and Liam Henderson saw the north east side level before the break.
They then pulled clear thanks to a Kieron Olsen own goal and efforts from John Howard and Louis Johnson.
City are ninth in the table with their opponents second.
In the same division, Penrith's trip to North Shields was one of a number of fixtures postponed because of a waterlogged pitch.
