A driver has been taken to custody following a stop and search.
The person was arrested on suspicion of drug driving.
The incident occurred this week in the Copeland area.
A spokesperson said: "Following plain clothes proactive work PC2518 Diesveld has conducted a stop search under section 23 misuse of drugs act on a vehicle and its occupants and with the help of Whitehaven 5 Section the driver is now on their way to custody for suspected drug driving."
