A Cumbrian takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Dragon Palace, a takeaway on Main Street, Egremont was given the score after assessment on September 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
The rating saw the takeaway ranked 'generally satisfactory' in three categories including hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of facilities and building, and management of food safety.
It means that of Cumberland's 239 takeaways with ratings, 142 (59 per cent) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
