A POPULAR retail chain has confirmed they will be returning to Workington town centre later this year.

Global jewellery chain Pandora, will be returning to Workington in the autumn it has been confirmed. 

The chain have previously occupied a unit in the Washington Square Shopping Centre, with their base in the town closing in 2022, after being in the town for six years as part of a fanchise with Kendal jeweller H Hogarth.

The return of the high street giant, will come as another welcome boost for the Workington high street, following the announcement earlier this year that global department store TK Maxx will be opening it's doors to shoppers in the town this autumn.

The chain have said they are 'delighted' to confirm they will be returning to Workington later this year.

A spokesman for Pandora UK said: "We are delighted to confirm that Pandora will be returning to Workington and look forward to opening the doors to the new store this autumn."

The store will be returning to it's former unit in the town, located between Costa Coffe and Next.

Pandora are a Danish jeweller with stores across the world. They stock a wide range of jewellery, including charms, bracelets, earrings necklaces and rings.
