Lawrence Chaney, the winner of the popular BBC show Ru Paul's Drag Race, is set to visit Cumbria as part of their 2023 tour.
The drag queen, who became the first plus-size winner of the show in 2021, will kick off their tour of the UK with a trip to the Old Fire Station on Thursday, November 2.
'Overweight and Over It!' tells the story of the trials and tribulations of being plus-size and the changing perspectives of body positivity in the media.
The Glasgow-born performer will discuss a range of topics from dating to exercise when on stage, with VIP meet-and-greet tickets also available.
Tickets are available for £20, with more information on the Old Fire Station website.
