THE Brickyard in Carlisle is to host an annual touring festival in September which pays tribute some of the biggest names in music.

The UK’s leading tribute to System of a Down - super group Chop Suey - which features members from some of the biggest bands on the planet including Sam Totman from Power Metal legends Dragonforce, Tom Hunt from punk rockers Anti Nowhere League and Andre Joyzi from Breed 77, will be headlining the event, alongside a tribute to Marilyn Manson, Spouky Kids, the UK’s ultimate tribute to the shock rocker himself.

Joining them will be Korn Again, Machine Head UK, and Evanescence Of Fire to complete what is one of the venue’s biggest line ups of the year.

Tickets are available for the gig on September 15 through The Brickyard website, See Tickets & Fatsoma priced at £15 in advance.

Event promoter Ryan Devlin said: “This will be the fourth visit to The Brickyard from Chop Suey, and every time the crowd gets bigger and even more crazier.

"We can’t wait to welcome them back to The Brickyard stage for this insane line-up.

“Last year the Forever Nu tour was one of our biggest shows of the year, and this one will be even bigger.

“Spouky Kids are one of the most authentic tribute bands on the planet today. Cameron, who plays Marilyn Manson in the band, does Manson better than Manson himself, with an insane stage show, huge props, costume changes, it all comes together in a huge live package that will blow you away.”
