POLICE are investigating after a 14-year-old girl reported a teenage boy had 'touched her and attempted to kiss her' without consent during the Appleby Horse Fair.
At around 11.50pm on June 10, officers in the area of The Sands were approached by a teenager, from the Lancashire area, who reported a male of similar age having approached her inappropriately.
The incident was reported to have occurred earlier in the evening, at around 7.30pm.
The suspect was described as being white, around 5ft 4ins tall, and was wearing a blue hoody and shorts.
