A CUMBERLAND council area drinking establishment has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
The Wheatsheaf Inn, a pub at Low Lorton near Cockermouth, was given the score after assessment on April 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Cumberland's 307 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 235 (77 per cent) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
