A MOTORBIKE rider was taken to hospital after a crash on the A590.
The collision was reported at 3.47pm on Saturday, April 15.
The incident involved a motorcycle and a VW Golf. It occured at the A590 at Levens before the Brettargh Holt roundabout.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: "The motorcycle rider ended up in the road and was taken to hospital by ambulance.
"However, injuries were not believed to be serious as of Saturday.
"Road was temporarily closed.
"One lane was reopened at around 4.50pm and both lanes reopened by 5.10pm."
