A MAN has denied assaulting a woman and driving a vehicle dangerously towards her.
Paul Mossop, 46, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle dangerously and assault by beating, when he appeared at Workington Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
Mossop is accused of assaulting the woman in Keekle on October 6. It is also alleged that Mossop drove a VW Transporter dangerously towards her at Keekle Meadows on October 14.
Mossop, of Keekle Meadows, will appear at Carlisle Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on April 17.
