A MAN has appeared in court accused of owning an American bulldog that was dangerously out of control and caused injury to a woman.
Jonathan Foxcroft, 47, did not enter a plea to a charge of being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury, when he appeared at Workington Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
The offence is alleged to have taken place on St Bees beach on September 14 last year.
Foxcroft, of Bay View, St Bees, will appear at Carlisle Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on April 17. He was granted unconditional bail.
