A MAN has been charged with assault after allegedly punching two rail staff members.
A 36-year-old man was arrested at Ulverston Station on Wednesday (November 2) following a report that two members of train crew had been punched.
A spokesman for BTP Lancashire said the man has since been charged with two counts of assault and bailed to appear in court at the end of this month.
A spokesman said: "We arrested a 36-year old man at Ulverston Station yesterday following a report that two members of train crew had been punched. He has now been charged with two assaults and bailed to appear in court at the end of the month."
