POLICE have released CCTV images as part of an investigation into a reported assault.
The reported incident occurred on Lowther Street, Carlisle, at the end of Earls Lane at about 1:55am on October 30, before the clocks went back an hour.
The reported assault is of a man in his 20s being attacked by two other men.
The man, who police said is local, received injuries including a broken hand and nose, as well as cuts and bruises.
Police would like to identify and speak to the men pictured as part of their enquiries.
The two men pictured, were later seen on Peter Street and Corporation Road at about 1:20am (after the clocks went back).
