UPDATE: Police have confirmed Debbie Armstrong has now been found.
POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a missing woman who is believed to be in the city centre or Bitts Park area of Carlisle.
Officers are concerned for the welfare of Debbie Armstrong, aged 36, who was last seen on Newtown Road, Carlisle at around 12:45pm today, October 10.
It is believed she may be in Carlisle City Centre or Bitts Park area.
Debbie described as 5ft 6ins with short silver hair shaved at the back.
Debbie was last seen wearing a dark blue hoodie with white writing and Mickey Mouse on the front, dark jeans, white Adidas trainers with black stripes.
If anyone sees Debbie or knows where she is, they are asked to contact police on 101.
If Debbie sees this appeal, she is asked to contact officers on the same number.
