Amanda Dunkley, Assistant Director of People Services at NCIC, said: "We did a similar event in June which had excellent feedback from the candidates and we successfully recruited almost 40 applicants on the day.
"We wanted to do something different for these roles and we found that getting everyone together in this way meant people were more relaxed, had fun while learning and they felt there was an introduction to the Trust and our values."
Feedback from the event in June included: "Fantastic team building exercises prior to interview. Everyone was lovely, I felt welcomed right from the start and felt comfortable to speak in front of everyone, it was a great way to interview."
