Firefighters were called out to a house fire on the weekend.
At 8:20 am on Saturday, August 6, two fire engines attended the fire on Main Street in Dearham.
Firefighters used four breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets to extinguish the blaze.
One casualty, suffering smoke inhalation, was left in the care of North West Ambulance Service.
Fire crews were in attendance for approximately 50 minutes.
