A CARLISLE woman has appeared before a court accused of conspiring with others to supply the class A drug heroin.
Sharon Patricia Beattie, 51, of Baird Road, who has yet to formally enter a plea to the allegation she faces, is accused of being part of a drugs supply conspiracy that ran between March 20 and May 10.
Court records do not indicate the amount of drug allegedly involved.
District Judge John Temperley ruled that the case should go Carlisle Crown Court for a hearing on August 18 when she is likely to be asked to enter her plea.
Court records confirm that Beattie has aliases which include the surnames Stalker and Monk.
The defendant, represented in court by defence lawyer Kate Hunter, was granted unconditional bail.
